On mountains and molehills
Dr. Low says ‘Don’t turn a triviality into an emergency.” In other words, don’t make a mountain out of a molehill… for the sake of your own mental health as “we can’t afford the luxury of temper.”
To add some humour to the mix, consider Larry David’s persona on Curb Your Enthusiasm. We can laugh (or wince) at his capacity to make vast mountain ranges out of tiny ant hills, and his total unwillingness to control his muscles including his speech muscles. Maybe we could call the series “What not to do“.
Good post! Yes, learning what not to do can be a great road to high average wisdom.
Sincerely,
Cliff Brown

Hello my good average friend,
Thanks for your comment to my blog on emergencies. I can definitely relate to your comment to me re. the feeling of emergency in one’s inner environment. It is definitely a strong link feeling that I must work with and respot again and again and again that there is no danger right now regardless of how I feel.
Yes, I am the Cliff Brown that worked on the new Wisdom of Dr. Low book.
All my best,
Cliff
